Pelvic Floor Appointments are designed for patients with pelvic floor complaints who are currently under the care of a PT or OB/GYN.

Sara Mizner L.Ac.

Sara Mizner is a licensed Acupuncturist, Herbalist, Nutritionist, Feng Shui Consultant and Doula. She completed her masters program and clinical training in Chinese Medicine at The Academy of Chinese Culture and Health Sciences, Oakland, CA in 2017. During her schooling, she served as an apprentice with John Kokko L.Ac. and also provided community acupuncture to the seniors at the Valdez Plaza affordable senior community housing development.

Sara specializes in family medicine, women’s health, pain management, stress relief, psycho-emotional health and diet & lifestyle consultations.
